Viewing Actions Journal (Lead History) for Customer Lead

You can view a list of all the actions that have been executed for a specific customer lead.

To view lead history:

1.

Select the desired lead, click ….and then select Lead History.

The journal for the customer lead is displayed.

2.

Select Details to view additional information for a specific lead. Use the page scroll to view additional entries.
